Terms of Service
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HotHub Studio (the "Service"), available at tiktok.hothubofm.com.br and operated by HotHub ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
HotHub Studio is a content management tool that allows you to:
- connect your own TikTok accounts through the official TikTok Login Kit;
- upload videos and images and publish them, immediately or at a scheduled time, to the TikTok accounts you have connected, using the TikTok Content Posting API;
- view statistics of your connected accounts and their public videos, using the TikTok Display API.
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by TikTok or ByteDance. "TikTok" is a trademark of its respective owner.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
- Access to the dashboard is granted only to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your access.
- You may only connect TikTok accounts that you own or that you are expressly authorized to manage by the account owner.
3. Connecting TikTok accounts
When you connect a TikTok account, you are redirected to TikTok, where you log in and decide whether to grant the permissions requested by the Service. We never see or store your TikTok password. You can disconnect an account at any time in the dashboard, or revoke access directly in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions).
4. Your content and your responsibilities
- You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (for example, to send it to TikTok when you ask us to publish it).
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish through the Service and for having all rights, licenses and consents needed for it, including music, images, trademarks and the image of any person who appears in it.
- All content published through the Service must comply with the TikTok Community Guidelines, the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and applicable law.
- If your content promotes a brand, product or service, you must disclose it using the commercial content settings provided in the Service.
- Before each post, you choose the privacy level and the interaction settings (comments, Duet, Stitch). The Service does not publish content without your explicit instruction.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish spam, misleading content, or content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or otherwise violates TikTok's rules;
- artificially inflate engagement, impersonate others, or manage accounts without the owner's authorization;
- circumvent TikTok's rate limits, security measures or platform policies;
- attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on TikTok's APIs. TikTok may change, limit or discontinue its APIs, reject content, or apply limits (for example, the number of posts per day) at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by TikTok, including the removal of content or restrictions applied to your account.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail because of network issues, API errors or limits. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of followers or reach arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to consumer protection rights you may have.
